Take Palisade Parkway to Exit 9 W, I-87 N / NY Thruway N

Take exit 15A onto Route 17 North

Follow Route 17 North approximately 6 miles.

Turn left onto 17A West

Follow 17A West for approximately 11 miles into the Village of Warwick

Go through the Village and past the Hospital on the left.

From the traffic lights at the Railroad tracks, drive one mile and
take the fourth left past the Hospital onto Locust St.
